The Challenger Sports Invitational (CSI) on October 2-4, 2009, is the new premier fall event in the Midwest! The tournament will be played at the NEW $36 million Overland Park Soccer Complex in Overland Park, KS

12 lighted, full-sized synthetic turf fields!

Quality Premier teams from the surrounding 6 state area.

This will be the FIRST tournament to be held at the complex on a non-holiday weekend
Spend Labor Day at home with the family

The Challenger Sports Invitational (CSI) will attract teams from all over Regions II & III and will cater to ALL top level premier teams. Two divisions will be offered (Gold and Silver) and teams will be placed according to Regional and State results.

op2 Over 150 teams from all over the Midwest are expected to attend the tournament this year. If you are looking for GREAT competition, on a GREAT weekend, with GREAT referees, at the FINEST soccer facility in the Midwest – the CSI on October 2-4, 2009, is the event for your team/club.

This event will sell-out, so be sure to sign up early (*if teams are similar in ranking when seeding, postmark or online application date may be considered*).

· Play at the NEW ‘State of the art’ $36 million soccer complex in Overland Park, Kansas

· Great central location in Overland Park

· 12 tournament-quality synthetic turf fields;

· Lighted fields for night use

· ALL formats (6v6,8v8,&,11v11) will play on the Turf fields

· Games will ONLY be played at the new complex – no satellite fields will be used

· Great competition from all over the Midwest

· Open to all Boys and Girls Age Divisions (Under 8 – Under 19)

· Divisions I & II only (Gold & Silver)

· Open to host MRL games as requested

· Play on a non-holiday weekend (spend those special times with family whilst saving more $)

· Scheduling requests encouraged and worked around

· Excellent referees

· The complex includes a multi-purpose building with concession areas

· Scoreboards, signage and other exciting amenities on location

· Local attractions including Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead and St Andrew’s Golf course adjacent to complex

CHECK IN - Participating teams must have:
1. Copy of State approved team roster with guest players added
2. USYSA, US Club, USSSA [or equivalent] player passes
3. Guest Players - maximum 3 guest players allowed. For guest players, please add their names to a copy of your roster and bring their player card and a medical release form to check in
4. Permission to Travel form (for all Non-Kansas teams)
5. Notarized Medical Waivers
